Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together the condensed milk and vanilla. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, bet the heavy whipping cream until thick and fluffy. (Thickened, but not super stiff.)
  • Gradually fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Transfer into a freezer safe container, cover and freeze overnight. So good!

Notes

I used a 1 1/2 quart Anchor Hocking glass loaf pan for freezing.
Try adding chocolate chunks, berries, crushed cookies, nuts,...the possibilities are endless!  Just fold in extras before freezing.  Enjoy!
